In-stock items: To be delivered in 3-5 business days.

Pre-order items: Please refer to the Estimated Delivery Period stated in each product. Please note that it is just an estimation and subjected to manufacturer production schedule, which might change at any time with or without prior notification.

We will ship through SF Express or other courier partners to your shipping address in your order.

Shipping Area and Shipping Notice
We will ship to SF Pickup Point / SF Locker / SF Express Supported Household and Commercial Building Address

If the address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, incurring any additional shipping charges due to shipping address error, we will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges and customers will have to bear additional cost.

If your package is lost due to incomplete or incorrect input of your shipping address, we are not responsible for any loss of goods in such cases.

Please kindly inform us if your shipping address has changed in advance. Any changes to the shipping address after the order is shipped may incur additional shipping cost to customers.

Overseas delivery time varies depending on your shipping countries and supply chain availability. Overseas parcels are subjected to customs random inspection, and it may take extra to deliver.

Product Price doesn't include tax or sales tax, customers may be subjected to taxation.

Split Order

For orders including Pre-Order & In-Stock Items, by default we will wait all items to be arrived and ship to customer. If you would like to receive the in-stock order first, please contact us to fulfil your order partially.

For orders above HKD 1,000 with free shipping; if you would like to split your order to receive in-Stock Items first, you are entitled to have at least one free shipment and the other will be at your own cost.
