Courier and Shipping Method
We will ship via SF Express or other courier partners to the shipping address provided in your order.
Shipping Area and Shipping Notice:
- We ship to SF Pickup Points, SF Lockers, and eligible residential or commercial addresses.
- If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, any additional shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
- Address changes after shipment may incur extra charges, paid by the customer.
- We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Important Notice for International Shipments
- Please ensure your full name, correct country, and complete address are entered during checkout.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and supply chain conditions.
- Customs clearance may delay delivery.
- Prices do not include duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges upon delivery.
Split Orders
For orders that include both Pre-order & In-stock items, or if some items are available earlier:
- By default, we will ship all items together in one shipment.
- If you prefer to receive available items first, please contact us to arrange partial shipment. Additional shipping fees will apply and are payable by the customer.
For Orders with Free Shipping:
- You are entitled to one free shipment for In-stock items. Any additional shipments will incur extra fees at your expense.
