Continuing the celebration of Ayrton Senna after honouring the legend at Imola last week, McLaren is set to pay another heartfelt tribute at the 2024 Monaco Grand Prix with a special 'Modern Icon' livery inspired by Senna's iconic yellow helmet with blue and green stripes, beautifully reflecting his Brazilian heritage. Painted on the MCL38s driven by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, this design will grace the track throughout the entire Grand Prix weekend.
With an unmatched record of six wins at this track, earning Ayrton Senna the title 'King of Monaco', his legacy shines brightly at this historic venue, making McLaren's tribute all the more fitting. This timeless homage celebrates the enduring impact of a true Formula 1 legend, ensuring Senna's spirit continues to inspire, thirty years after his passing.
